A design and construct project in a well-built 1970s red-brick apartment. The brief was to refresh and update the two-bedroom unit within its existing footprint—no structural work needed, and no base building issues to resolve.








The scope included a new kitchen with upgraded appliances, reconfigured to incorporate a functional breakfast bar.
A compact but smartly designed bathroom made room for a shower over bath, maximising usability without compromising comfort. We also delivered a new laundry, additional storage solutions, and extensive custom joinery throughout the living and dining areas. New flooring was installed across the entire unit.
With no council approvals required (only strata sign-off), we were able to move quickly. The client secured the property, completed design and costing during the settlement period, and we kicked off a fast-tracked program—minimising the overlap of rent and mortgage payments and getting them comfortably moved in without delay.
