A natural planner, Charlotte thrives on keeping projects running smoothly and efficiently. With over 15 years of experience in construction operations and project management—plus a decade in real estate—she brings a well-rounded perspective to Henry May.
Before co-founding the company, Charlotte served as Operations Director for a national commercial fit-out and refurbishment firm, overseeing 175 staff and managing an annual turnover of $300 million.
Detail-driven and risk-aware, she ensures every project stays on budget, on schedule, and above all, safe. From cost control to programming and WHS compliance, Charlotte’s oversight ensures smooth execution at every stage.

With a Master of Architecture, a Bachelor of Architectural Studies, a Diploma of Architectural Technology, and a Certificate IV in Building and Construction, Jorgen brings a deep understanding of both design and construction. His expertise, honed over 25 years, ensures every project is not only purposeful and buildable but also stays true to the original design intent.
Starting out at prominent architectural firms, Jorgen observed a gap in the industry for skilled project management. This led him to transition into construction management, combining his architectural expertise with strategic project oversight.
His unique skillset means clients benefit from a more seamless process—buildable designs and efficient documentations and construction, guided by a strong understanding of design, approvals, materials, and site conditions.
