Wilga St
A full renovation of an absolute waterfront apartment in Bondi Beach, originally in poor condition with significant water ingress and concrete cancer, requiring major remedial and structural works. Henry May was engaged as both Class 2 Architect and Builder, delivering a refined coastal retreat for an interstate client.
Etham Ave
A full-floor harbour-front apartment in Darling Point reimagined for contemporary living. Working within the building’s structural geometry, the home was completely rebuilt with custom joinery, refined material palettes and carefully considered spaces that allow the harbour outlook—and the client’s art collection—to take centre stage.
Aboud Ave
This renovation was all about thoughtful planning and trust. We worked closely with the clients—a retired couple—to navigate every decision, with extra time spent refining the kitchen layout and finishes. While they were overseas, we brought it all to life.
