A thoughtful renovation to a much-loved, owner-occupied home. This project focused on reworking the existing floor plan to update the kitchen, second bathroom, and laundry—no council approvals required.
The kitchen was the heart of the design. With a client who spends a lot of time cooking, we collaborated closely to fine-tune every detail. A full-scale mock-up helped us test the layout, joinery hardware, and flow—maximising both space and usability. High-end appliances were carefully selected and fully integrated into the joinery.

The second bathroom and laundry were also completely reworked, with an emphasis on functionality, modern finishes, and long-term ease of use.
While the client was overseas, we managed the entire next phase of the build—including demolition, new pipework and cabling, floor polishing throughout, and the installation of the custom kitchen joinery.
Finishes were a key focus, and we supported the client through several late-stage decisions—including a last-minute change to the kitchen stone—ensuring the final result aligned perfectly with their vision.
